Our extended multidisciplinary consortium builds on the original core and affiliated institutions while strategically engaging new partners to integrate the diverse expertise necessary to overcome the scientific and technological barriers ahead.

Convergent Research Leadership

The Convergent Research Leadership Team is intentionally multidisciplinary, spanning the CR, IE, and EWD pillars to ensure integration across science, innovation, and workforce development.

Leadership is organized around Integrated Thrust Areas and Testbeds — the biological systems used to validate our technologies. Each is co-led by an academic leader and a trainee leader, fostering mentorship and developing broadly trained scientific experts.

Integrated Thrust Areas are further co-led by Innovation Ecosystem Advisors from ATP-Bio’s industrial partners, accelerating translation and strengthening real-world impact.
